Petr focuses primarily on commercial law issues, with his expertise primarily including acquisitions and restructuring of groups of companies, contractual obligations and selected aspects of corporate law, especially shareholder relations within companies. His work often involves structuring and comprehensive legal support for large-scale acquisition projects, including their bank or other financing and subsequent restructuring of acquired companies or other assets. In his free time, he is actively involved in enduro MTB, ski mountaineering and snowkiting.
Robert specializes in litigation, insolvency and restructuring. During his practice, he has represented clients in a number of significant and extremely complex proceedings with a value of billions of crowns. He is a recognized expert in the field of insolvency and restructuring - he provides legal advice to creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators and has been actively involved in most key insolvency proceedings in the Czech Republic. He serves as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic. In his free time, he is engaged in dynamic shooting and also works as a shooting instructor.
Matěj focuses on civil and commercial law with an emphasis on transactions, insolvency and restructuring and litigation. He has structuring and comprehensively securing a number of smaller and larger acquisition projects, including legal due diligence and financing. In his real estate practice, in addition to real estate acquisitions, he also dealt with the negotiation of lease agreements or resolving access to real estate both contractually and in court. He was also in charge of a number of transactions and disputes related to various types of securities, including shares or bills of exchange. As part of the contentious agenda, he also dealt with disputes regarding the validity of lease termination or compensation for damages. Matěj is also a successful racer in car competitions, in 2024 he took 1st place in the ČaH Adam Cup and 2nd place in the RN7 Rallysprint class of the Autoclub of the Czech Republic.
